Returns

We all make mistakes.

For this reason, Bon Air Quilt Co. offers refunds and exchanges within the following guidelines:

• PDF and paper patterns are not returnable
• Cut yardages are not returnable
• Sealed products must be in their original, unopened packages
• Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
• Customer pays for return shipping
• Refunds will be issued after receipt of returned products

We are happy to offer full refunds and free shipping on exchanges for damaged or incorrect merchandise.
